Mr Banasik is highly skilled technologist at Luma Industrial Fund, responsible for technological support of furnaces operation, constant monitoring of furnace units, determining types and quantities of raw materials necessary to execute orders. He is also vastly experienced in checking and analysing quality and cost of ferroalloys production, developing technical standards for consumption of raw materials, energy and auxiliary materials, cooperation with scientific research units, developing methods of waste materials utilization, carrying out and settlement of research and development tasks and their implementation in industrial practice, participating in activities ensuring efficient operation of the quality assurance system. Mr Banasik is actively engaged in development and implementation of metallurgical R&D projects and global cooperation with the key stakeholders within projects. He is a Co-author of a patent application: “A method of low-carbon ferro-silico-chromium production in electric arc-resistance furnaces”.
