🔹 Certifications & Governance

✔ Maintained RMAP Conformant Smelter status, reinforcing our long-term commitment to responsible sourcing, alongside ISO certifications
✔ Successfully completed the first external LuNa Chain of Custody (CoC) Audit, strengthening transparency and traceability

🔹 Research, Innovation & Green Production

✔ Completed key components of the EPRM-funded TinLink Project, delivering training programs in Uganda and Rwanda to strengthen responsible and transparent supply chains
✔ Continued implementation of innovation-driven and green production practices
✔ Hosted students from Camborne School of Mines and the University of Exeter, supporting knowledge exchange and future talent development

🔹 Community, People & Culture

✔ Delivered CSR donations supporting local communities, including active participation in Kwibuka 31, with targeted support to genocide survivors
✔ Celebrated our people through Mother’s Day and employee birthday events, and closed the year with a festive End-of-the-Year Holiday Party that brought our teams together to celebrate shared achievements and look ahead with optimism—reinforcing a strong, inclusive workplace culture

✔ Active participation in key international forums: Mining Indaba, EPRM, RMI, LME, OECD, Paris Peace Forum, Future Minerals Forum, and TIC conferences
✔ Proud member of TIC – Tantalum and Niobium International Study Center and ATTA – American Tin Trading Association
✔ Hosted numerous European and Rwandan delegations
✔ Strengthened collaboration with the Rwanda Mines, Petroleum and Gas Board (RMB) and the Rwanda Development Board (RDB)

🔹LuNa Mining

✔ Actively participated in Kwibuka 31, supporting genocide survivors through targeted community donations
✔ Upgraded underground infrastructure, including new hoisting winches and a jaw crusher, improving safety and production efficiency
✔ Advanced the Local Enterprise Development (LED) strategy, sourcing workwear and security uniforms locally
✔ Strengthened site security and safety systems, including the establishment of a SHEC Committee and emergency response training
✔ Progressed key site infrastructure projects, including power grid connection, employee facilities, and circular use of mine waste in construction
