As part of our annual community support initiative, we have once again helped provide a new home for a survivor of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Jabana Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali.

At LuNa Smelter, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond our operations. Being part of the local community also means taking meaningful action and supporting initiatives that contribute to its well-being and long-term resilience.

This initiative is about more than providing a house. A safe and dignified place to live can provide stability and security, while contributing to a better quality of life. Through our continued involvement, we aim to support members of the communities in which we operate and respond to important local needs.

For us, responsible business also means building lasting relationships with our surroundings. By continuing this initiative each year, we contribute to creating stronger and more resilient local communities and reinforce our commitment to social responsibility in Rwanda.
